Trash The Dress
Well...this wasn't our idea!
Sorcia and Ryan wanted to do a trash the dress session. They had seen the famous image by John Michael Cooper of altf Photography with the train of a a bride's dress on fire, and wanted me to do something similar, only with a new twist. I don't copy images of other photographers, so I will give credit to John Michael Cooper for being a pioneer of urban, grunge, and trash-the-dress wedding imagery. I wish I could say mine was as good as his!
You might think the images I posted were fake or photoshoped up...no, we actually set the dress on fire! I should say Ryan and his friend set the dress on fire, and they also extinguished it right away. I will post more images from the session soon!
I haven't posted much commentary on the blog this year. I have to burn the midnight oil just to get the images posted during the wedding season. I will get Katie and Tim's online soon, and we have Rachel and Casy this weekend.
